The spine: seven stages, then the written
A stage closes when every skill it trains is measured at 70% or better — the fraction of each flight you actually spent inside ACS tolerance. Not attempts, not completions.
Ground school, earned in the air
Every flight selects questions from the 90-question bank about the thing that just went wrong. The mock is 60 questions in 120 minutes, pass mark 70%.
Twelve skills, measured not awarded
Each level is the recency-weighted mean of your last eight attempts at the steps that train it. A crash still credits the two thirds you flew correctly.
